Onsite specializes in effective design solutions for difficult land and project constraints and offers trail design to a variety of standards and projected users. Every trail design is carefully considered for site specific design requirements, the projected use, the construction phase, cost effectiveness, sustainability, and future maintenance. Onsite has worked with a variety of clients including Parks Canada, BC Parks, the BC Ministry of Environment, municipal governments, Regional Districts, BC Hydro, and private landowners across BC in the planning and design of unique recreation facilities and features.
Onsite has extensive experience in construction tendering and contract management. We regularly provide our clients with full tender administration services where we coordinate all aspects of the tendering process, including all documentation and contracts. Onsite can provide: tender documents, contracts, advertising, selection of qualified bidders, tender meetings, Q&A/addendums, collection of tenders, tender evaluation, and compilation of tender evaluation results to present to the client for winning bid selection. We have certified MMCD Contract Administrators on staff for project coordination and dispute resolution.
Onsite provides ongoing on site construction inspections and reporting during our projects. Onsite employs experienced Construction Supervisors, who have worked extensively on recreational park facilities, trail and road upgrading projects. Onsite also provides professional assurance statements and as-built (record) drawings upon completion of construction.
